This is responsible work in all phases of the Housing Choice Voucher program at Decatur Housing Authority. This position is responsible working with landlords, families, and performing annual and interim certifications, maintaining tenant files for portability caseload, negotiating, and preparing HAP contracts conducting briefings.. The position also is responsible keeping up to date with HUD regulations including the implementation of the HOTMA standards.
