The Canton Housing Authority is seeking an experienced and innovative public housing administrator or Executive Director to oversee and direct a small public-housing agency located in Canton, Georgia, having 145 public-housing units, along with an anticipated future non-profit to engage in housing-related projects, including pursuing available grants. The Executive Director supervises between 2 to 7 employees. (See attached Job Description). The position reports to a Board of Commissioners who have presently undertaken a proposed RAD development potentially involving the use of tax credits and new construction. This PHA is presently pursuing but has not yet converted any of its public-housing units to RAD but do expect to convert.
