Competitive Proposals will be received by Fyffe Construction Co., Inc (General Contractor) for the construction of Phoenix Landing located at 1200 Whitesville Rd, LaGrange GA until 4:00 pm EST, September 20, 2018, for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for this development.
Work Includes but not limited to:
Construction of a new three-story single building containing (70) rental apartments with common area spaces. Work to include all necessary site work to accommodate the building.
Work is shown on the Plans and Project Manual by Make3 Architecture/Planning/Design.
Plans and the Project Manual may be obtained from ISqFt Plan Room on-line or from Fyffe Construction Co. by contacting Jennifer Williams or Steve Brice (contact information below).
All bidding subcontractors shall have proper licenses under GA Laws and comply with all other regulatory notices provided in the Project Manual.
No Pre-Bid Conference meeting is scheduled.
The Owner and/or General Contractor reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
