The Housing Authority of the City of Statesboro, GA is seeking qualified candidates for Maintenance Supervisor. This position is responsible to coordinate with the Housing Operations Manager for the completion of all maintenance activities at the Agency. This includes scheduling, monitoring, inspecting, and aiding in the completion of maintenance repair and vacancy work orders in four public housing neighborhoods and administrative buildings. The Maintenance Supervisor develops, implements, and monitors the progress of a long-term preventive maintenance plan to preserve building systems and minimize equipment failure.
