The Housing
Authority of the City of Cordele is seeking a highly qualified Director of
Facilities Management, responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and directing
the daily operations of our 433 unit public housing portfolio and maintenance
team, as well as the oversight of all capital and renovation projects.
The
ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, from an accredited
institution, with a concentration in architecture, construction management,
engineering, or related field; plus five (5) years’ supervisory experience in
Construction Management, Facility Management and Maintenance or an equivalent combination
of related training, education and experience. Proficient use of Outlook and
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required. Experience with the Public Housing
Industry is a plus.
Salary is commensurate with
education and experience. The Authority provides a comprehensive benefits
